Moisture issues  are the cause of mold problems.  If you don’t have moisture/humidity/condensation issues then you don’t have mold problems. 

We use an infrared camera and moisture meters to find moisture.  Experience , knowledge of construction and understanding of how water moves, allows us to provide intelligent solutions.

We encourage you to DIY if it’s a simple issue. We do not perform remediation procedures. We do make recommendations on how to correct moisture problems.

Due to our small  size and lack of an accounting department,  we need to be paid in advance of the inspection, but all inspections are guaranteed to provide at least one solution. If no solution can be found a refund will be issued.
